With so much noise outside, the members of the committee couldn’t concentrate on the historic event which happened during the space travel.
考点一：with的用法。外面噪音太大(with so much noise outside)
考点二：专注于(concentrate on/focus one’s attention on)
考点三：具有历史意义的事件(the historic event).

2.好消息，我国所有60岁以上的退休工人有权得到免费的医疗服务。(entitle)Good news came that all the retired workers over 60 were entitled to free medical service in our country.
考点一：好消息(good news came that…)
考点二：退休工人(the retired workers)
考点三：entitle (vt.)(给…权利/资格+to)

3.我们不仅应该向顾客保证产品的质量，而且要提供最佳服务。(Not only, assure)
Not only should we assure customers of the good quality of the products but also of the best service.
考点一：not only放句首要部分倒装。
考点二：assure(vt.)(向…保证，担保+of)

4.你能给我推荐一名能用英语上地理课的老师吗？(recommend，capable)
Can you recommend me a teacher who is capable of teaching geography in English?
考点一：recommend的用法。
(1)推荐，介绍
e.g.Can you recommend me some new books on this subject?
(2)建议，劝告
e.g.I recommend you to comply with safety regulations.
考点二：be capable of doing sth.的用法。

5.不可否认，电脑的迅速发展已经导致了其他领域里的一系列革命性的变化。(no denying)
There is no denying that the fast development of computers has led to a series of changes in other fields.
考点一：不可否认(there is no denying that)。
考点二：导致(lead to/result in/cause)。
考点三：一系列(a series of)。
